Attend a New Student Registration event this spring

Choose from several dates coming up in April – June. We encourage admitted transfer students to attend an early NSR (April, if possible) to ensure they get the classes they need to get a great start in their major before they fill. Sign up for an NSR here!

Register with an advisor

Some summer semester classes begin May 13, 2024, others begin later. Fall classes begin August 26. You are strongly encouraged to schedule an advising and registration appointment with a transfer expert the moment your transfer credit evaluation is complete. Contact a 转移 Advisor to schedule a time that works for you.

If you know which classes you need and are ready to register on your own, please start here: MyBSU Registration Information. If you choose this option, it is highly recommended that you double-check your first semester classes with a transfer advisor after registering.

Register at your current college

Another option for students unable to attend an NSR event is an On-Site Registration appointment. We host On-Site Registrations at a variety of college campuses in Minnesota, and this allows students to meet one-on-one with an advisor at a more convenient location. Email and student accounts

It’s very important for you to begin checking your BSU email account and exploring your other student accounts if you haven’t already. BSU email, eServices, and D2L Brightspace are linked on the MyBSU page here.

Minnesota requires all students (including online/off-site students) to have documentation of up-to-date immunization against tetanus/diphtheria (Td) and measles/mumps/rubella (MMR), with the exception of students who graduated from a Minnesota high school in 1997 or later. Complete and submit the Immunization Form.

Sexual Violence Prevention Training (SVPT)

的 SVPT程序 provides critical information about responsible behaviors and decision-making regarding non-discrimination, dating and relationships violence, 和骚扰. You should see the SVPT training module in your D2L Brightspace account. Take the training as early as possible to avoid registration holds.
